Brushing from 1st Tooth to 5 years
3.Don't rinse! Spit out the toothpaste. For babies, wipe away excess toothpaste from face and lips
2.Start with fluoride toothpaste with at least 1000 ppm fluoride. For best protection against tooth decay, use a toothpaste that contains between 1350 and 1500 ppm fluoride toothpaste
1.Brush every surface twice a day, in the morning and last thing at night.
Adults: begin brushing when the first tooth appears, and continue brushing your child's teeth until the age of 7. Adults need to ensure the correct amount of toothpaste is used and that children do not eat or lick the toothpaste
